I have stayed at the Premier hotel twice already and I'm really happy with it. The service is very good, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very good (breakfast staff super friendly). Location fantastic, the tube is 5min walking distance and bayswater is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are small, but it is normal for London, the bathroom has heating floor which is fantastic after a day walking around London. Keep in mind that in London it is hard to find a nice decent hotel at a good price. This one is brilliant. I will stay there again whenever I come back for work or even with my family.

First of all thank you to all the staff. They were very kind and helpful. I booked a single room but when I went to the hotel they upgraded me to a double room which was great. My room had a very small window and all I can see was pipes. I felt a little bit claustrophobic and wanted to change my room. They showed me the room number 9 which was made for disabled people (it was the only double room they had at that time) but I was okay with that. The room was clean and I also felt safe. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The nearest tube station is Bayswater and it’s around 10 minutes away by walking.

The hotel is great in terms of location, a very quiet area and at the same time a 5-minute walk from any direction, you will find yourself next to buses and the metro station. Customer service and reception are great, accommodating and available 24 hours a day. The room is of excellent size and has a wonderful view. Enjoy the fall. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the sound barrier is great, and room cleaning and towel replacement are provided daily. The breakfast is great, everything is available and their croissants are excellent.

I stayed at the premier Notting Hill in September. I chose this hotel because I wanted to relax, I didn't spend much time on the street, so I opted to pay a little more for comfort. All the staff always had a smile on their face, and that makes you feel welcome, it was really something else. Michael welcomed me and gave me a room overlooking the street, which led to a park. Even though my room faced the street, it was very quiet at night, everything was perfect. Thanks to all the staff, especially Michael. You guys make my birthday the best!

The hotel has a premium location - two subway stations at a maximum of a 10 minutes walk. The room is small, but comfortable enough for one person, also it contains everything you need for a nice stay - such as a safe, hairdryer, extra blankets and a water boiler for tea. The bathroom is also a bit small, but still very functional ! The shower was great and the amenities were very high quality. The breakfast had the typical English items + fruits, croissants and cold cuts. It was very good. I do recommend the hotel !
